I’ve noticed that if something is even a little too bulky or heavy, I end up avoiding taking it anywhere. This one doesn’t have that problem. It’s easy to lift, fits in my car without any hassle, and just feels simple to bring along when I need it.

I’ve been happy with the brakes on my Lankeleisi bike so far. Compared to a lot of other e-bikes I’ve tried or seen friends ride, these feel more confident, especially going downhill. They stop quickly enough, and I feel comfortable using them in traffic.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that they were a little squeaky during the first week and needed a small adjustment. Once that was sorted, they felt much better. Overall, I’d say they’re good brakes and better than what you’d get on plenty of bikes in this range.

So... I had a question about my order and reached out through the contact form on their website. They replied the next day, which I thought was totally reasonable, and the answer actually felt like someone had read my message instead of just sending a generic template.
I did have to follow up once to double-check a detail, so it wasn’t completely seamless, but they got back to me again and cleared everything up. Overall, I’m happy with the support and would feel comfortable using them again

I tried to give the site a fair chance, but it felt like I was being forced to be patient with it. The layout looks cluttered, and the colors come off a bit cheap to me. It just doesn’t feel very polished or pleasant to use.

In my experience, it handles smaller hills just fine, but once the incline gets steeper, it starts to feel slow. I also noticed the battery drains faster than I expected, especially when going uphill. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing for hilly areas.

I had to return a bike part, and overall the process was fine. The replies took a bit longer than I expected, so there was some waiting around, but I did get my refund eventually. Not the fastest experience, but it worked out okay.

Got my Lankeleisi and it’s faster than I thought it’d be, it picks up speed quick even on little hills and it’s just fun to ride around. Top speed feels nice and steady too. Giving it 4 stars only because the throttle took me a bit to get used to, but overall I’m really happy with it

The bike rides fine overall, but after a few weeks I started noticing a bit of a pattern: little screws loosening up here and there, and some of the plastic pieces feeling cheaper than I expected. At first I thought it was just one small thing, but once I kept spotting the same kind of issues, it made me question how well it’ll hold up long term.

My order ended up arriving later than expected, which was definitely frustrating. The tracking did update most days, so at least I wasn’t completely in the dark, but I still kept waiting and wondering when it would actually show up. I’m glad it finally arrived, but the delay took some of the excitement out of it.

I was able to find the exact part I needed quickly, which felt like a small win for the day. Ordering was simple, no fuss, and now I can finally get that little repair taken care of.

At first I was like, okay this bike looks nice. But after just a few rides, the quality started showing its true colors. The brakes were rubbing, some of the screws felt super cheap, and the battery cover was already loose. The paint on the frame chips way too easy too, which is annoying. For the price, I expected way better. Kinda feels like they just slapped it together and called it a day

The bike is alright overall and it does what I need, but something about it just doesn’t feel quite worth the price. It’s not bad, just not amazing either.

My order from Lankeleisi showed up in a sturdy enough box, but the outside had a few dents and scuff marks, like someone along the way wasn’t exactly treating it with care.

I was a bit nervous opening it, but thankfully the bike parts were packed really well. Nothing was broken, scratched, or missing, so that was a relief.

I’d give it 4 stars overall. The packaging did its job, but it would’ve been nicer if the box arrived looking a little less like it had been through a rough afternoon.

I ordered from Lankeleisi the shipping was almost shockingly quick. I got the tracking info fast, and the box showed up a few days earlier than I thought it would. No hassle, no strange delays, nothing to stress over. Happy with the whole experience, honestly.

The motor is stronger than I thought it would be. It gets up hills easily and doesn’t feel like it’s struggling at all, even with my weight on it. I will say I had to put in more effort than I expected getting everything sorted and ready to go, which was a little annoying. But once it’s running, I’m really happy with how it performs so far.

I’ve got mixed feelings overall, but I will say the suspension handles rough roads really well. It rides smooth over bumps and gravel, which I definitely appreciate. That said, there are still a few moments where you can feel the road more than I expected.

They did get back to me and helped after a few days, so it was okay overall. Just felt like it took longer than it should have

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they replied quickly, asked me to send a few photos, and then sorted out a replacement part for me. Shipping took a little while, but I guess that’s normal sometimes, right? Overall I’m happy with how they handled it and felt like they actually tried to help.

So... I got my bike from lankeleisi.com and the battery life has been better than I expected. I use it for commuting and quick rides around town, and I don’t have to charge it every day, which is nice. The range does drop a bit on hills or when I’m using a higher assist level, but I guess that’s normal. Charging takes a while too, but overall I’m happy with it. I just wish the battery meter was a little more accurate.

The bike was close to what the site described, but a few things were just a little unclear, like the range and some of the parts. It wasn’t totally off or anything, just not quite as exact as I expected. Overall, it was still okay.
